Department Responsibilities
Budget Planning & Assessment
- Organize the assessment of the Annual Budget for all Majalis and ensure the collection of subscriptions as per the approved budget.
Financial Operations & Management
- Operate the accounts of the Majlis jointly with the Sadr or Nā’ib Sadr Awwal to maintain financial accountability and transparency.
Communication & Coordination
- Correspond with Majalis on all financial matters and provide necessary guidance regarding financial policies and procedures.
Subscription Monitoring & Compliance
- Identify members who have outstanding subscription payments, report their names to the Sadr, and take necessary actions as per instructions.
Budget Approval Process
- Present the Annual Budget of Majlis Ansarullah at the national level, as proposed by Majlis ‘Amila Country, for approval to Majlis Shura Ansarullah.
Financial Reporting
- Prepare and present a detailed statement of income and expenditure before Majlis ‘Amila Country on a monthly basis for review and accountability.
